Refund and Cancellation policy
At Jetsave India Tours, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. Our goal is to make the visa application process as smooth and efficient as possible. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our practices regarding refunds for visa services.
Non Refund Policy
- Visa Application Fees: All fees paid for visa application services, including service charges and government fees, are non refundable. Once an application is submitted, the fees are considered earned and cannot be refunded, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
- Service Charges: Our service charges for consultation, documentation assistance, and submission of visa applications are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the time, effort, and resources invested by our team to process each application.
- Cancellations: If a client decides to cancel their visa application after our services have commenced, no refund will be issued. This includes situations where the client changes their travel plans or decides not to proceed with the application for any reason.
- Denied Applications: In the event that a visa application is denied by the issuing authority, no refund will be provided. Our company is not responsible for decisions made by embassies or consulates, and we cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application.
- Incomplete or Incorrect Documentation: If an application is delayed or denied due to incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by the client, no refund will be issued. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all required documents are accurate and complete.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where a refund may be considered due to exceptional circumstances, such as an error on our part, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any potential refunds will be at the sole discretion of Jetsave India Tours.
Refund & Cancellation Policy For Tour Packages
All correspondence in respect to Tour packages/ Travel services bookings should be addressed to Jetsave India Tours Pvt. Ltd.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 25% of the Booking Amount
- 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the Booking Amount
- 14 days to 07 days prior to arrival – 75% of the Booking Amount
- 06 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.
- Festival Period Bookings
- High Peak Season bookings
Refund:
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures and holidays. If the refund is made to the credit card account or to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
